How to use arjuna powder
- Arjuna decoction (kadha): Boil 1–2 teaspoons of arjuna bark powder in 2 cups of water or milk until the liquid is reduced to one cup. Drink once or twice daily, after straining.
- With milk: Mix 2–3 grams of arjuna powder with milk and consume it once or twice daily after meals.
- With water and honey: Mix 2–3 grams of arjuna powder with water and honey, and take it after lunch and dinner.
- Topical application for skin: Create a paste by mixing arjuna bark powder with water or milk and apply it to affected skin areas for conditions like acne or hyperpigmentation.
Precautions and side effects
