  • With warm water and honey: Mix 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of Adusa powder with warm water and honey. Consume this mixture twice daily to manage respiratory issues like coughs and congestion. Honey also helps mask the powder’s bitter taste.
  • As a decoction (herbal tea): Boil 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of Adusa powder in two cups of water until the volume reduces to half. Strain and drink this decoction twice a day, preferably after meals.
  • As part of a herbal blend: For enhanced respiratory support, Adusa powder can be combined with other herbs like ginger and basil (tulsi) to make a potent herbal tea.
