How to use ashwagandha powder
Ashwagandha milk-
- Heat 1 glass of milk until it is warm.
- Mix in ¼ to ½ teaspoon of ashwagandha powder.
- Add honey or jaggery to taste, along with other spices like cinnamon, turmeric, or ginger.
- Stir well and drink before sleep
Ashwagandha smoothie-
A simple tea can be made by steeping the powder in hot water.
- Boil 2 cups of water and add ¼ to ½ teaspoon of ashwagandha root powder.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of ginger while boiling.
- Simmer for about 5–10 minutes, then strain.
- Add honey and lemon to taste.
